This document describes the terms of cooperation between Nova Models and a model joining the process of working with international online platforms through partner networks. In these Terms, “international platforms” refer to third-party online services where partner networks manage account creation, verification, and profile support in accordance with their own rules.
Nova Models is a scouting agency and intermediary responsible for sourcing, selecting, and initially supporting models. Our role includes:
Direct account management is handled by partner networks according to their internal rules.
Cooperation begins after initial selection and agreement on terms. The model receives full information about the working process before starting and voluntarily agrees to participate. No payments are required from the model to begin cooperation.

Model earnings and revenue share terms are determined individually before cooperation begins. Payments are made according to the agreed method and partner platform conditions.

Nova Models follows strict confidentiality and data protection principles. Personal data:
Personal data processing is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Nova Models website.
After profile creation:
The model may terminate cooperation at any time. In such cases, the model may request discontinuation of profile usage and personal data processing. Further deletion of the profile or data is handled according to the rules of the international platform and partner network through which cooperation was organized.
Nova Models does not guarantee any specific income level. Results depend on:
Nova Models is not responsible for platform availability, changes in rules or policies, or technical issues of international platforms or partner networks.
During cooperation, the model also agrees to the rules of the respective international platform. In case of conflict between these Terms and platform rules, the platform rules prevail.
